Rye Splash was born to Dark Dapple and Brown Sky alongside his siblings: Milkweed Pelt, Day Stripe, and Elm Branch. The tom who helped sire the litter was Wild. He was mentored by Doe Bloom.
He graduated and was honored for his cunningness. Doe Bloom influenced him to be more argumentative. On Moon 45, a gang of rogues ambushes StreamClan, taking another of Streamstar's lives while also killing Doe Bloom, Squirrel Tuft, Walnut Leaf, Rye Splash, Brown Sky, and Wisteria Fur.

Rye Splash was a long-furred, cream-golden broken-mackerel tabby-and-white cisgender tom with cinnamon eyes. He was of average height (9.64"), with an intermediate body type.
